American Indian Business Office The American Indian Business Development Office provides high quality assistance to existing and prospective American Indian small businesses in the form of counseling, training, and research which results in job creation or retention and economic wealth.

Bank of North Dakota Bank of North Dakota, located in Bismarck, ND, is the only state-owned bank in the nation. Its mission, established by legislative action in 1919, is to encourage and promote agriculture, commerce and industry in North Dakota. In this role, the Bank acts as a funding resource in partnership with other financial institutions, economic development groups and guaranty agencies.
